AK’S Gin’ is distilled using fresh honey and wheat farmed at Arbikie, Black Pepper, Mace and Cardamom.
It is the creation of their own unique spirit that sets them apart from other gins, as they grow, distil and bottle on their own single-estate in a true field to bottle operation.
Butterscotch, Honey, Vanilla and Black Pepper on the nose, on the palate a warm spicy background with sweet notes of honey and caramel. The finish is exceptionally smooth – fading slowly.
