Description 
Bosca Toselli Spumante Red is an authentic red sparkling wine, made by one of the largest sparkling wine producers in Italy. It is a so-called ASTI, a 'spumante', obtained from Moscato grapes. The grapes grow in the hills around Canelli. Bosca Toselli is a light sparkling wine with 0.5% alcohol with a wonderfully fresh taste. Light and delicately sweet, with notes of fresh red fruit.

Food pairing
Traditional Arabic cuisine, labneh over vegetables or bread, feta, seffa (a dessert made with couscous, almonds, cinnamon and orange blossom milk). Panettone or Pandoro, pound cake, cheesecake, pastries, meringue and dried or candied fruits, dates.

Alcohol 0.5%
