Gently pasteurised in small batches, the buffalo milk preserves its natural taste and quality. Since it’s not homogenised, you’ll enjoy the rich cream that naturally rises to the top —just as milk should be.
Proper animal milk is creamy and comforting and some of the most buttery rich stuff comes from water buffalo. Fantastically creamy, it could rival Jersey milk in richness yet it’s lower in cholesterol than even regular cow’s milk, with approximately 10 per cent more protein.
The buff stuff is a lot higher in calories — about 100kcal per 100ml, compared to 40kcal for cow’s milk — and fat, hence its creamy heaviness, but that does mean it keeps you fuller a lot longer.
