Prime fillets are dry cured in the smokehouse, before undergoing separate smoking or marinating processes to produce a wonderful range of ChalkStream® products, each with an exceptional texture and depth of flavour.

Trio of ChalkStream's best sellers from the smokehouse containing:

200g Trout Gravadlax
200g Cold Smoked Trout
200g Hot Smoked Trout

A minimum 7 days shelf life and is suitable for home freezing.

Please note the gravadlax may come with a front sticker rather than the branded sleeve shown.
