Pioneers in gluten-free products, Kent & Fraser started in 2009 as a small scale bakery dedicated to making quality produce.
Their ‘Toast’ creation was developed in 2015 and involves packing the gluten-free bread full of berries and nuts (in this case sweet and tart cherry, pecan nuts and poppy seeds) before twice baking them and then slicing them wafer thin.
Perfect with traditional fresh, crumbly cheeses like Kirkham’s Lancashire, Wensleydale and Anster.
