Casa Vecchio Mulino Finestrotti are handmade, adding rosemary into the dough.

Finestrotti are small crackers,similar to Crostini,that are used as a base for spreading Olive Tapanades,Anchovy pate and cream Cheese.

Either Olive Oil or Rosemary flavour these are very moorish little crackers.
