Half Shell Irish Sea King Scallops are an ideal starter, 2 shells should be ideal per person. You can add your favourite ingredients to the shell (butter and garlic with lemon juice always works well), then grill or pan fry, the shells stand up very well to the heat and can be cleaned and used again.
