Half Shell Irish Sea King Scallopsin the shell are an ideal starter, 2 shells should be ideal per person.Chris buys the scallops directly off the local boats fishing the Irish Sea giving us the best quality scallops available.
You can add your favourite ingredients to the shell (butter and garlic with lemon juice always works well), then grill or pan fry, the shells stand up very well to the heat and can be cleaned and used again.
