Made from gin-soaked, recycled raspberries, Pinkster Royale is our third and final by-product. Best of all, there’s no added sugar.

Just pour a small measure into a flute and top up with Prosecco (or Champagne, if you’re really celebrating). Stir gently. Drink appreciatively.

Can also be enjoyed over ice (24% abv).

Stephen Marsh wasn’t intentionally creating a pink gin, but after working his way through the entire fruit bowl, it appears that raspberries deliver the best flavour.
