Slow Cooked Pork
This dish originates from Northern India. It’s hot and spicy, but full of flavour. It started out on our menu as a limited edition curry kit, but became a permanent fixture due to popular demand! The bold flavours of black pepper and mustard, pack a punch in this curry. It also works really well with chicken or beef.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add spice pack 1 to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add approx. 800g of chopped pork to the pan and coat in the spices. Add a 400g tin of tomatoes along with 100ml water. Add spice pack 2 and stir. Transfer to either a slow cooker or the oven (low heat) and cook until your meat is tender, then serve with a squeeze of lime.
This dish works really well with beef, chicken or just simple veggies too.

Ground spices (Coriander, mustard seeds, ginger, turmeric, cumin, chilli, black pepper)
Whole spices (Dried red chilli, cinnamon, cloves)
