An impressive centrepiece. Chris sources his Whole Scottish Salmon from an Award Winning Salmon Company, a well regarded independent Scottish Salmon farm.

Whilst not officially Organic, their ‘RSPB Assured’ salmon are hand fed with no use of antibiotics, growth promoters or synthetic colourings.

A Guide to Sizes:

2kg - serves approx. 8 people

2.5kg - serves approx. 10 people

3kg - serves approx. 12 people

Shipping Facts

Orders are processed within 48 hours and can be delivered Wednesday to Saturday using Royal Mail's next day before 1 pm delivery service.

If needed for a certain date (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday) enter date required at checkout using the delivery details box.

Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery is 16th December
Christmas Pre-Orders will be sent out w/c 16th December - We recommend you order early, as all seafood will need to be frozen.
We will be closed from over Christmas & New Year and will reopening on 21st January.
