This 100% Grass Fed Gower Salt Marsh Mutton Shoulder offers an abundance of tender meat. Maximum flavour from the rich marrow created from an animal that has had a proper life on the salt marshes grasing on wild pastures containing Samphire, Sorrel, Sea lavender, Glasswort, Sea Purslane and Thrift which translates into meat with rich and characterful flavour and lots of important nutrients for us too.
