Well, we’ve really gone and done it now. We’ve created a kit that contains everything you need to make incredible bacon and wonderfully aromatic pancetta. All you need to do is add pork. Bacon lovers rejoice.

The home curing kit contains:

Enough cure to make 4.75 Kilo of Bacon & Pancetta

3 x curing sachets for bacon. Original, Sweet and Smokey
1 x curing sachet for pancetta
Plastic gloves
4 x resealable bags
1 x butchers hook
Muslin - enough for your pancetta
