Hogget is the word used to describe a lamb in its second spring or summer – so aged between one and two years.

While still tender, a hogget’s extra feeding time on pasture allows it to develop a flavour that is richer and fuller than lambs.

This Half Hogget Box includes:

1 x Leg joint
1 x Shoulder joint
1 x Lamb shank
Chump chops
Cutlets
Breast mince
Breast bones for stock
Neck slices

The average weight for half a hogget is 9-10kg

If you require the leg or shoulder to be cut into two joints, then please make a note in the delivery details at checkout.

Delivery timescales approximately 7-10 days.

These hogget's are Texel and Suffolk breed and come from Lewis and Ryan Jackson just 7 miles away from Bramblebee's own farm.
