1 x Shoulder joint
1 x Lamb shank
Chump chops
Cutlets
Breast mince
Breast bones for stock
Neck slices

The average weight for half a lamb is 9-10kg

If you require the leg or shoulder to be cut into two joints, then please make a note in the delivery details at checkout.

Delivery timescales approximately 7-10 days.

These Texel and Suffolk lambs come from Lewis & Ryan Jackson, just 7 miles from Bramblebee Farm
