Berwick Shellfish Company are delighted to bring you the freshest shellfish from the clean, pure, chilly waters surounding the beautiful coastline of Berwick-Upon-Tweed.
One of their best sellers and deservedly so.
These lovelies are caught daily (weather permitting) and after cooking, they split the shell to reveal two beautifully succulent halves. Lobsters are then cleaned and all the unnecessary bits removed, leaving room for their dedicated staff to stuff their special ‘mixed pearl’ filling. The Claw Meat is then removed from the shell and served alongside. fresh white crab meat and plump peeled shrimps, topped off with two cooked crevettes to give you 4 different seafoods to enjoy.
