Why not make your own organic dripping or suet crust with this organic tallow. Every year this beautiful organic tallow is an essential ingredient for making our home-made Christmas pudding. Taken from the fat reserves on the inner carcass this dry organic fat is as versatile as it gets with many culinary uses and heaps of flavour.

500g vacuum sealed and ready to use, once rendered to dripping by slowly baking on a low heat this will keep for months Happy cooking and enjoy.
