All Springfield Organic's Chicken pieces are freshly hand prepared at their Herefordshire farm. They're trimmed by them so no preparation is needed when it reaches your kitchen. Not sure what to do with this cheap and versatile piece of meat? Leave them overnight in a honey, lemon and ginger glaze and cook off for a sweet and sticky piece of Chicken. Ideal for a summer BBQ or picnic, as long as you don't mind getting your hands sticky!
