From humble beginnings in William Mee’s Lancashire butcher shop, Springfield Organics now supplies the finest Organic and Free Range Poultry, Meat and other local produce delivered safely to you.
Officially Organic for over 40 years Springfield has been producing and providing the finest British organic and free range poultry and other local produce since Rod and Beryl Mee set their farm up in Herefordshire over 60 years ago. We are officially certified organic by the Organic Farmers and Growers organisation.

At Springfield Poultry they guarantee to supply only British, high quality poultry. All of their birds are free range and some bred on an organic diet. Following Soil Association guidelines to produce Chickens and Turkeys within natural environments, producing poultry that tastes how it should: naturally good.

This is why they ensure all their Chickens and Turkeys are out in the fields from dawn until dusk; grazing, exercising and enjoying the fresh air.
