This Premium Native Bred Beef Meat Box will provide meat for 8-9 meals for a family of 4.
Whilst this provides a range of everyday cuts for bolgnese, casseroles, steak night and BBQ and more, the dishes are transformed by the rich and succulent Native Bred Beef making every meal taste as flavoursome as can be. It's the way Paul at Bramblebee Farm rears his herd, allowing cattle to grow slowly and naturally, that makes his beef taste so good, elevating everyday dishes to the next level!
The Native Bred Boneless Rib is a superb-tasting slow roast joint and will feed 6-8 people easily.
The box contains:
- 4 x 8oz Steaks either Sirloin or Ribeye
- 1 x 12oz Rump Steak
- 2 x 500g Lean Steak Mince
- 2 x 500g Diced Stewing Steak
- The Gem of a 2kg Boneless Rib Of Beef (the best roasting joint for flavour in Paul's opinion!)
- 4 x 6oz Grand Angus Melts
- 1 x 200g Old Spot Bacon
All of Bramblebee Farm meats will be wrapped in their environmentally friendly peach paper - it is proven that meats stay fresher for longer using this paper, and is completely safe to freeze.
Bramblebee Farm raise a mixture of hardy native breeds Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford and Belted Galloways all crossed with Galloway Bulls providing you with good tasting beef, from traditional breeds.
Paul believes that it is the quality of his grass that makes his Native Bred Beef taste so superb, his ethos is “great, healthy grass produces delicious, healthy beef”.
The cattle are grazed through the summer on the RSPB Ouse washes at Welney Cambridgeshire where they graze the natural flood lands. Grazing on the farm contains some old pastures and clover rich grasses Bramblebee Farm try their best to use as little man made fertilisers as possible.
The farm produce's all it's own hay and silage for home feeding in the winter and bale straw of neighbours fields waste vegetables and apples are fed to all the livestock along with the correct minerals. Through this Bramblebee Farm hope it brings you the best meat they can from natural fed slow maturing cattle.
