A side of hot smoked ChalkStream® trout (min 500g) hand filleted, pin boned and trimmed, before being dry cured in salt and demerara sugar.

The fillets are then traditionally hot kiln smoked over sustainably sourced oak chippings to produce a deliciously flavoured cooked smoked trout .

Comes with a minimum 7 days shelf life and is suitable for home freezing.

Shipping Facts

Please allow 5 working days from the date of your order, however Chalk Stream Foods will always endeavour to get it to you earlier if they can. Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday and delivered by courier for next day delivery.

Christmas Period Delivery

Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery is 29th November.
Christmas Pre-Orders will be sent out between 10th and 18th December with a last dispatch date of 19th December.
We will be accepting orders between Christmas & New Year; these will be dispatched w/c 6th January.
