Hand filleted, pin boned and trimmed, before dry curing in a traditional marinade of salt, sugar and dill.

The trout fillets are then dressed with rum, black pepper and a sprinkling of fresh dill to produce a Nordic classic with an exceptional texture and depth of flavour.

Purchase Tracklements dill and mustard sauce for the perfect combination.

Comes in D cut slices, with a minimum 7 days shelf life and is suitable for home freezing.

Please allow 5 working days from the date of your order, however Chalk Stream Foods will always endeavour to get it to you earlier if they can. Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday and delivered by courier for next day delivery.

Christmas Pre-Orders will be sent out between 10th and 18th December with a last dispatch date of 19th December.
