Fascinated by the juxtaposition of flavours; oil, vinegar, salt and sugar Lucy’s desire to create dressings with the blend of sweet and sharpness has resulted in a special range of health conscious dressings which are full of natural flavours.
Lucy's Dressings started from Lucy's kitchen table because she believed there was a way of transforming simple and fresh ingredients into something a little more exciting. Lucy felt no one was bringing out exciting flavours or suggesting that dressings weren’t simply for salad.
So, Lucy got to work sourcing local ingredients and making dressings the way she had always made them. They’ve gone from creations that Lucy would take to dinner parties in jam jars to now being stocked nationwide, with the range expanding on the years. Whilst they may not still be made in her kitchen, all of their products are still made in the UK in small batches; with locally sourced ingredients used wherever possible, such as British Cold-Pressed rapeseed oil in many of our dressings, resulting in fabulous flavour.
It’s not only Lucy who thinks her dressings taste delicious, they have also been lucky enough to win 11 Great taste awards along the way, and receive fabulous press from the likes of The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, Sheerluxe, Women’s Health and Stylist, to name a few!
